Katherine (Katie) Kopatsis, MD

Katherine (Katie) graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in May 2026. She has pursued research and volunteer work centered on Women’s Health, including reproductive psychiatry research gap year. She also helped develop educational content for “Lecture 1: The Case for Reproductive Mental Health Within OB/GYN.” She founded MindfulGW, a student organization and health initiative to promote university-created mental health and wellness resources. In her spare time, Katie enjoys running, is a lifelong snowboarder and loves traveling and exploring.
