Brittany Anderson, MD

Medical School: University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health


Brittany states that her goal is “to advance the field of psychiatry by developing better systems and treatments.” She earned her M.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She also has a masters degree in neuroscience from the University of Sussex, Brighton in the United Kingdom and an bachelors degree in psychology from Brown University.  She has experience as a special education teacher working with kids with autism, a behavioral activation counselor for patients suffering from fatigue from HIV and related conditions, and a researcher. During medical school, Brittany participated in several volunteer activities including global service trips.  She enjoys gymnastics (she was a Division I gymnast at Brown), dancing, music, reading, and horror films.
