Sam Warn, MD
Position title: Clinical Assistant Professor

Dr. Warn is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry with UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. He primarily specializes in consult-liaison psychiatry. Originally from Montana, Dr. Warn joined the Air Force after high school and served 6 years while traveling the globe. He found a passion for medicine when he deployed to Afghanistan and started his journey to become a physician. After separating, he received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the University of Miami, FL. He went on to complete medical school at OHSU in Portland, OR. He completed general psychiatry residency at Creighton University and subsequently Child & Adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he served as Chief Fellow. He has a passion for teaching and collaborative care.
