Kia Lechleitner

Medical School: Medical College of Wisconsin

Dr. Lechleitner graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in December 2024. Kia has an interest in psychotherapy and holistic health, which is part of what drew her to the University of Wisconsin program. Her experience with research projects, working as a behavioral technician at KMK Consulting, and volunteering as a domestic violence and hospice vigil volunteer at Heartland Hospice, have shaped the doctor and psychiatrist that she has become today. Dr. Lechleitner is “excited to continue expanding my knowledge base and developing my own style within the art of psychiatry”. In her spare time, you can find Kia admiring art, finding adrenaline-pumping activities to do, and working on her wellness!
