$365 – Physicians (MD/DO) and PhDs

$265 – Other (Adjunct Clinical Faculty, PA, NP, RN, etc.)

$125 – UW SMPH/UW Health/UW Medical Foundation/VA/Meriter Faculty, Residents, and Staff

The conference fee includes the cost of tuition, continental breakfasts, lunch, refreshment breaks, and a nonrefundable processing fee of $50.
