Alice graduated from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. Her interests in healthcare delivery systems and quality improvement led Alice to work for a venture-backed company that developed a digital platform to support substance use disorder treatments. She has also conducted research and published on the impact of stress and trauma on neuroendocrine mechanisms in chronic alcohol use. In her free time, Alice enjoys photography, hiking, kayaking, reading, and food gardening.
