Wren Logan, MD

PGY3

Medical School: University of Illinois Chicago

Dr. Wren Willow Logan is from Buffalo Grove, IL. She attended the University of Iowa, where she studied biology (genetics) and music (percussion performance) before medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago College of Medicine.  In Madison, Wren likes finding ephemera related to the history of the Four Lakes Region, and browse library archives and explores the parks around here to find what seems to have been forgotten. She’s also fond of the local music scene, in particular some of the killer punk that’s coming out of here. She says, “Nothing can really beat a late night watching “Gender Confetti” perform down at the Wisco.” Her hobbies include tracking down ephemera and trying to figure out how it fits into bigger stories. Playing around with photography, whether it be Pinhole, Polaroid, 35 mm, or Digital, playing drums, writing, advocating for non-discriminatory insurance coverage of gender affirming healthcare, and earning her “Most Likely to Build a Time Machine” award from 8th grade.
