Child Track Psychology Intern
Mara Esber is a Child Track psychology intern and a doctoral candidate at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. Her clinical training has focused on working with children and adolescents with a diverse range of presenting concerns. She is particularly passionate about treating anxiety disorders, engaging caregivers in parent training, and working with the family system. Mara’s dissertation examines the relationship between parent involvement and symptom outcome in childhood OCD treatment. She is thrilled to continue her outpatient training with children and adolescents at UW Madison, in addition to engaging in treatment in the primary care behavioral health setting and the inpatient pediatric consultation liaison service.
